Brabus has presented the newest modified car of their range: the new Brabus Mercedes S-Klasse, officially named the SV12 R BiTurbo 750. This is a more agressive and more powerfull version of the Mercedes S-Klasse, the top of the range of the Stuttgart car maker Mercedes.

The engine of the new model presented by Brabus is a V12 which develops 750 bhpand 1350 Nm of torque, these numbers transform the new S-Klasse into the most powerful high end sedan ever made. The max power was reached by the Brabus engineers through the expanssion of the cubic capacity from 5.5 to 6.3L and throughchanges made to the exhaust system, intake valves and forged pistons. The turbines were also enlarged, and the intercooler was optimized. After all these changes, Brabus was careful enough to respect the level of polution of the new performance engine, which is now at the Euro 4 standard.

The braking system was also optimized to handle the new challange brought by the performace engine. It has ruptured brake discs with the folowing dimensions: 380x36mm on the front and 355x28 of the rear. The brake discs are hidden behind 21" alloy rims.

The performances of the new model are extremely high when compared to the other luxury performance models of the competitors: 4.0 seconds for 0 to 60 mph and a max speed of 210 mph. Under these circumstances, the new Brabus SV12 R Biturbo 750manages to equal the acceleration time of a model that is created mainly for performace, like the Ferrari California, Lamborghini Diablo VT-R or Porsche 911 Turbo Cabrio.
