Previously launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2008, the new version Porsche Cayenne GTS has caught the attention of the tuning houses. The engineers at Gemballa have presented a new performance kit especially made for the new Cayenne, inspired from the Carrera GT supercar.
The body kit has been named Tornado Concept and it radically changes the look of the German SUV. The 5 spoke allow rims, the large air intakes housed in the front spoiler, the carbon fibre hood, the redesigned headlights and the rear air deflector, integrated in the rear spoiler, give a more aggressive look to the GTS. The interior is on the highest level craftmanship which includes leather sport seats, panoramic roof and a central console borrowed from he same Carrera GT.
For the performance nuts that always want more power, Gemballa has developed a GTR version which comes with a 4.8 liter V8 engineered two superchargers that manage to up the power of the GTS Cayenne to 700 bhp. To benefit from the extra bhp, Gemballa has used a front wheel drive base and a lot of light-weight elements to reduce the weight of the car.
