9ff TR-1000 Porsche 911 Turbo The fastest 911 ever!

The German tuners from 9ff, specialized in the tuning of Porsche models, have developed the TR-1000 model, which they have tested on the Papenburg circuit. The car has achieved a maximum speed of 391.7 km/h (243.3 mph) during tests and develops 1000 bhp and 1040 Nm of torque. The Germans were a bit cheap whit the details regarding this model this time, but the boxer straight 6 cylinder engine is still used for its raw power. Of course, all the elements have been replaced with top of the range ones, the only thing remaining was the engine block.

The Porsche 9ff TR-1000 has larger turbines than the standard ones, an improved intercooler, sport camshafts, titanium con rods, crankshaft, a sport air filter, a revised ECU, and a high performance exhaust system.

The excessive power of this model allows it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (60 mph) in 3.2 seconds, while accelerating from 100 (mph) to 200 km/h (125 mph) is done in 4.8 seconds. The acceleration from 200 (125 mph) to 300 km/h (185 mph) is done in 8 seconds while a “sprint” from 300 (185 mph) to 360 km/h (225 mph) is done in 17 seconds. The people from 9ff estimate that the model could exceed 400 km/h (250 mph) if there were some improvements made to the aerodynamics. The average body kit of this model has a front difusor, a set of modified side skirts, a rear air difusor, a new wing and a performance braking system, along side an aluminum sport suspension system with adjustable shock absorbers.

The price of an upgrade of the Porsche 911 Turbo to the 9ff TR-1000 is 130.000 euros. According to some rumors, this model has been built for the girlfriend of a Greek billionaire. Lucky girlfriend, huh?
